Return & Refund Policy

At Steady Routine, all products are made and fulfilled through a third-party production partner. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or any reason unrelated to damage, defects, or order errors.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact.steadyroutine@gmail.com.

To help us review your request, please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem

If your request is approved, we may offer either:
- a replacement, or
- a refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Returns
We do not accept returns for products that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because our products are fulfilled by a third-party production partner, we generally do not require customers to send items back unless specifically instructed by us. Items sent back without contacting us first and receiving instructions will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible due to damage, defect, or an order error, we will review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- change of mind
- sale items
- gift cards
- items that have been opened, used, or consumed
- personal care, ingestible, or consumable products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
