All orders are processed after payment is successfully received. Because our products are made and fulfilled through a third-party production partner, processing times may vary depending on the product and current production volume.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are processed and delivered within approximately 7 to 14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, production volume, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or third-party fulfillment partners.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Steady Routine is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact.steadyroutine@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request and help resolve it.
