Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products on our store may be offered as subscription or recurring purchase options. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how you can manage or cancel them.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and billing schedule selected at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each recurring order unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

Subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or subscription portal.

If you cancel your subscription before your next billing date, you will not be charged for future recurring orders.

If a recurring order has already been processed, billed, or sent into production, that order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds and Returns
Subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact.steadyroutine@gmail.com.
